Cleaner Bins LLC is proud to offer residential and commercial trash and recycle bin cleaning services to the residents of Highlands County! Trash Bins are cleaned using a self-contained, Eco-friendly system eliminating 99.9% of harmful bacteria. The days of dirty, stinky, bacteria infested, rodent and bear attracting bins are long gone! With four affordable plans to choose from, there is no excuse to go another day without Cleaner Bins of your own!

Cleanings are scheduled for next day service. Simply place your bins out for trash collection, then leave them at the curb till your scheduled cleaning day until 6pm.

Cleaner Bins LLC will arrive on your scheduled cleaning day and clean your bins curbside then happily bring them up to your garage front or side of your house. The interior and exterior of the bins are pressure washed using 190° high-pressurized water to wash away dirt and grime while killing 99.9% of harmful bacteria. Bins are inspected for cleanliness and sprayed with an Eco-friendly deodorizer leaving your trash bins fresh and clean!

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the use of Cleaner Bins LLC ​services and is between you (“Customer”), as an authorized user of such ​services, and Cleaner Bins LLC. By submitting a Request for Service, you confirm ​receipt of and acceptance of this Agreement.

SERVICE

Cleaner Bins LLC provides mobile trash and recycle bin cleaning and power ​washing services for residential and commercial properties.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES

For Cleaner Bins LLC to provide its services, the Customer is to abide by the ​CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES. Failure to comply may result in service ​interruption and/or additional service fees as outlined below.

Cleaner Bins LLC will make every effort to provide

​​​​

  • NEXT DAY SERVICE: The Customer is responsible for placing bins curbside ​for pickup on trash collection day. Bins should remain empty and left ​curbside the NEXT DAY until 6PM to be cleaned. If bins cannot be left ​curbside, please leave them by the garage or side of the house. If any trash ​or recycle is placed in the bins it MUST NOT exceed the amount of what ​would generally be deemed the previous nights trash. Bins with EXCESSIVE ​amount of unbagged trash or trash that exceeds the amount of what would ​generally be deemed the previous nights trash will NOT be cleaned and a ​non-service fee will be implied.

Stickers will be placed on the bins being cleaned during the first visit. Each ​service plan includes up to two (2) bins. The Customer may request to pay for ​additional bins at time of subscribing or contacting Cleaner Bins LLC. Bins may ​NOT be rotated or substituted at any time.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS

The Customer is responsible for notifying the community’s guard house or for ​providing a gate code to Cleaner Bins LLC to access the gated community. If the ​technician is not able to gain access on the scheduled service date, the ​technician will continue his/her route and will not clean the Customer’s bins. ​regular payment will be applied. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a ​missed service due to access issues. It is at the Customer’s discretion to ​reschedule cleaning for the next available day and pay a $20.00 additional ​service visit fee or wait unit the next regular scheduled service. If the customer ​elects to do so and the $20.00 additional service visit fee has been paid, Cleaner ​Bins LLC will make every effort to service the Customer’s cans on the next ​scheduled service visit to the area. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due ​to route scheduling, the Customer will not be billed for an additional service ​visit and cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

AVAILABILITY

All trash and recycle bins must be available for servicing on the scheduled ​service date. If bins are not available ( in plain sight, not in garage, or behind a ​barrier such as but not limited to a fence), the technician will continue his/her ​route and will not clean the Customer’s bins. Payment will not be refunded in ​the event of a missed service due to unavailable bins. The Customer is ​responsible to place all bins out on the scheduled service date. Any missing Bins ​will be cleaned the next scheduled service visit.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling a missed service due to unavailable bins is at the discretion of ​Cleaner Bins LLC. It is the Customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled ​cleaning and to pay a $20.00 additional service visit fee. Once the $20.00 ​additional service visit fee has been paid, Cleaner Bins LLC will make every ​effort to service the Customer’s bins on the next scheduled service visit to the ​area. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due to route scheduling, the ​Customer will not be billed for an additional service visit and bins will be ​cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

ABSENT/OUT OF TOWN

If the Customer knows he/she will not be available to put Bins out for a ​scheduled cleaning, it is his/her responsibility to contact Cleaner Bins LLC to ​notify them no later than 6:00PM the night before the scheduled service.

CONTENTS OF BINS

Trash and recycle bins MUST be free of the following materials:

* Unbagged trash and recycle

* Unbagged animal waste and any other fecal matter

* Chemicals, paint, glue or other adhesives

* Other hazardous waste of any kind

* Building materials (plaster, stucco, concrete, etc.)

* Yard debris (leaves, branches, etc.)

Under no circumstances will Clean Cleaner Bins LLC ​clean any bins containing human waste!

CONDITION OF BINS

Trash and recycle bins should be in good working condition and not be in such ​disrepair that would cause damage to the cleaning equipment or prevent ​Cleaner Bins LLC from cleaning the bins properly. Any significant damage noted ​by the technician will be reported to the Customer upon the first cleaning.

If Cleaner Bins LLC arrives to perform service and the above conditions are not ​met, the service will not be completed. Payment will not be refunded. It is the ​Customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled cleaning and to pay a ​$20.00 additional service visit fee or wait till the next regular scheduled service . ​Once the $20.00 additional service visit fee has been paid, Cleaner Bins LLC will ​make every effort to service the Customer's bins on the next scheduled service ​visit to the area. If a rescheduled cleaning is not feasible due to route ​scheduling, the Customer will not be billed for an additional service visit and ​cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

3. CLEANER BINS LLC RESPONSIBILITIES

If Cleaner Bins LLC fails to provide its services on the scheduled date of service ​for a reason other than the Customer failing to meet its responsibilities in the ​paragraphs above, Cleaner Bins LLC will arrange for the service to be performed ​on the next possible area visit. If a rescheduled visit is not practical or possible, ​the Customer will receive a credit on a future invoice for the missed service ​(annual plans only).

In the event of inclement weather or equipment failure which prevents Cleaner ​Bins LLC from operating, a notice will be sent via our social media to Customers ​and services will be rescheduled.

CHARGES

Upon receiving a request for service, Cleaner Bins LLC will issue an initial invoice ​to the Customer. When paying the initial invoice the Customer must select “keep ​this card on file” for recurring service plans (Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly). ​Customers paying for a One Time cleaning do not need to select this option BUT ​MUST PAY IN FULL PREVIOUS TO THE SERVICE.

PAYMENTS

Payment for all services will be processed at the time of visit or at the end of ​day. Customers may elect to make payment in full for a maximum amount of 1 ​years cost. Cleaner Bins LLC will charge the Customer’s debit or credit card on ​file for the appropriate service plan fee.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

Cleaner Bins LLC will notify the Customer in the event payment is declined. It is the ​Customer’s responsibility to provide alternate payment information and pay all amounts due ​upon request by Cleaner Bins LLC prior to the next schedule visit. Failure to do so may result ​in service interruption and possible suspension or termination of services. If declined ​payments become a recurring event Cleaner Bins LLC reserves the right to cancel service ​without notice upon the third occurrence. It is the customers responsibility to provide/ ​have an ACTIVE card on file if by debit/credit is the form of payment.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

After one month of non-payment, an account will be deemed as delinquent. Delinquent ​accounts will be suspended, and no further services will be provided until the account ​has been brought back into good standing.

5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

Service may be cancelled at any time by calling Cleaner Bins LLC at our office. If the ​cancellation request is received on the day of service or with in 3 days of service, a ​$20.00 cancellation fee will be applied to the customers account prior to cancelling.

CANCELLING AFTER FIRST CLEANING

If the Customer requests recurring service (4 week/ 8 week service) and cancels after the ​first cleaning, the Customer will be charged for the remainder of the balance for the total ​cost of 3 service cleanings. Upon submitting a service request form the customer is ​commiting to a minimum of 3 services

RELOCATION

Refunds are not issued for cancellation of service except in the event the Customer ​relocates outside of the Cleaner Bins LLC's (Highlands County) service area. If the ​Customer relocates outside of the service area, the Customer may gift the remaining ​service to anyone within the service area or request a refund for the remaining service. ​The Customer must request cancellation by calling our office or contacting Cleaner Bins ​LLC through our facebook page no less than 30 days prior to cancellation.

SEASONAL RESIDENTS

Seasonal residents must notify Cleaner Bins LLC of the last service day by calling our ​office or sending an email to cleanerbinsllc@yahoo.com no less than 30 days prior to ​cancellation.

MODIFICATIONS AGREEMENT

Cleaner Bins LLC reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting a ​revised version to www.CLEANERBINSLLC.com, and/or by emailing its Customers ​information regarding the amendment.

SERVICE

Cleaner Bins LLC reserves the right to modify delivery of service at its sole discretion at ​any time.

CHARGES

Cleaner Bins LLC reserves the right to change prices or implement new charges for use of ​its services at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to the Customer by ​email, phone call, or our social media pages 30(thirty) days prior to the changes going ​into effect. The Customer has the option to continue or discontinue the service at any ​time after the first 3 services has been completed. Continued use of the service after ​such changes are communicated to the Customer by email or phone call constitutes the ​Customer’s acceptance of the modified charges as communicated to the Customer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

The terms and conditions contained in this document are governed by and construed in ​accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The Customer irrevocably submits to ​the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in each state or location.
